Today at 3:00 pm, a resident of the Garvaghy Road Community will file a legal claim against officers of the Portadown District Lodge, including David Jones, David Burrows and Harold Gracey. The week-long siege has personally affected people in this area and their ability to live normal lives. They are under constant threat and fear of attack. The residents, through their legal representative, attempted to have the Attorney General intervene. But he declined their request, so they have been forced to take action on their own.
